Craft /Quilt Show 2010

I took 3 days Annual Leave to attend the Quilt Show this week. I had a wonderful time learning how to make felted boots. The sample pair are booties which would probably fit a 2 year old! The next pair are for David!
I attended workshops on raw edged applique and felted scarves. I volunteered as a White Glove Lady for the Quilters Guild, for a couple of hours. There were plenty of temptations but I managed to resist most.
Two Craft Forum ladies made contact and it was fun to catch up. I am taking David along today to do a class in Embroidery for Left Handers. He is looking forward to it.
